Requirements for the applicant:

Motorman certificate or higher
STCW Safety Course
BOSIET
STCW Medical Certificate
Offshore Medical Certificate
Advanced Firefighting (IMO 80) or Search and Rescue
CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
Security Duties
MIST
Banksksman & slinging
Rigger
LOLER awareness
