Deck Engineer for DSV (UK)

Job Description

Helix Offshore Crewing Services Ltd is hiring a Deck Engineer (Hydraulic) to work onboard the Well Enhancer. This UK-based offshore position is working on an equal time 4:4 rota. The Deck Engineer is responsible for maintaining the hydraulic equipment on heavy cranes, derricks, deck hydraulics and subsea equipment. They may also be required to assist with diving system hydraulic machinery and other Hydraulic Equipment systems.


Experience/Background:
• Strong fault-finding ability on large hydraulic systems.
• Good large crane/derrick experience (or transferrable skill set from tensioners, etc.)
• Familiarity with SCADA systems.

• MIST
• Bi-deltoid Shoulder Measurement
• UKOOA Medical or equivalent
• ENG1 Medical
• OPITO Survival
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Proficiency in Security Awareness
