Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- SVOP, (Small Vessel Operator Proficiency) MED3, ROC-MC
- Other certifications considered an asset
- Minimum three years of working knowledge of small water vessels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong proficiency with ropes, knot tying and navigation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Knowledge of maritime safety and Transport Canada guidelines
- Willingness to participate in education and certification requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
- Valid driver's license
- Clear criminal records check
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
