Job Description
Mandatory requirements:
- Offshore Chief Cook (min 10 years)
- International cuisine, Asian, European continental.
- Bakery and pastry skill are required but not mandatory
- Capable to lead efficiently a brigade of 15 galley crew
- Fluent in English, French is preferable
- Capable to handle meals production for +350 Pax on board
Cook Certificate:
- Food Serv or Haccp minimum Lev 3
- Documented Experience and references available (already checked please)
Certificates:
- Bosiet with CA EBS
- Yellow Fever
- Mandatory Vaccination (Typhoid, Tetanus, Hep. A / B)
- OGUK full medical certificate with Lab report
