Pipe Welder for Drilling Project (Africa)

Job Description

-Hold and manipulate the electrode holder, welding torch or carbon arc air gouge by hand. Execute welds relevant to process piping, offshore pipeline or pressure vessels on "standard materials" (CS, austenitic such as A316/304, Cr-Mo such as P11, etc)

-To be qualified for manual or semiautomatic standard processes (GTAW,SMAW,FCAW, GMAW) and carry out the welding work in compliance with safety, quality and in respect of environmental rules. The Pipe Welder will stay under the supervision of the (discipline) Welding Foreman
