Job Description
Under broad direction, this role is responsible for delivering highly technical and/or specialized training and educational programs to internal and external customers. Provides subject matter expertise for highly technical training and/or professional development curriculum. The Senior Technical Instructor is responsible for partnering with Instructional Design in the curriculum development process to include design/redesign, execution, and success metrics. In addition, he/she is expected to develop skill demonstration exercises applying knowledge gained from field operations experience.
