Job Description

Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, maritime studies, or related field preferred
5 years of experience in offshore drilling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Valid Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) certification
Extensive knowledge of offshore drilling equipment, procedures, and safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
