Wellsite Geologist
ASAP
08 Months Contract

Job requirements:
· Well known about standard stratigraphy of offshore Abu Dhabi from Upper Jurassic to recent sediments. Especially for the experience in fields which has tar mat in Arab D.
· Wellsite geological works
· Enough experience to control horizontal hole drilling including the landing (Geosteering).
· Coring operations and their QC
· LWD/Wireline operations and their QC
· Triple combo, Image log, micro-resistivity
· Pressure test and mini-DST
· Cement bond log, Gyro
· Standard Mudlogging operations and their QC
· Well correlation and forecast tops, target, drilling hazard and coring/casing/TD points.
· Formation evaluation
· Reporting (Daily Geological Report, morning report, core acquiring report, logging witness report, etc.)
· Timely and close communication/reporting/discussion skills with company men, contractors, Company office staff, etc

Experience
· More than 5 years’ experience as a wellsite geologist
· Enough experiences in offshore Abu Dhabi
